“ULTRA” was incorporated in year 1993, originally as a consultancy organization for lubricating oil industry. During last 2 decades, driven by the demand from the Multinationals, Ultra started two lube oil manufacturing plants viz: Ultra Plus Lubes Pvt. Ltd. And WestCoast Lubricants and Asphalts Pvt. Since its inception they have grown 12 folds from initial capacity of 12,000 KL/annum to 160,000 KL/annum (in 2 plants). Both facilities follow stringent quality standards that have been approved by esteemed clients like Valvoline Cummins Ltd, Shell India Marketing Pvt Ltd., Castrol India Ltd (BP subsidiary), GS Caltex India Pvt Ltd. Gulf Oil Corporation & Total Elf Fina Pvt Ltd.
For the last 10 years, Ultra have been extending services to help diagnose the internal condition of oil-wetted components and to provide valuable information about lubricants serviceability through in-house NABL accredited laboratory. With such vast experience and testing facilities in oil field, Ultra started a commercial laboratory in the year 2014 under the brand name Ultra Labs. In a matter of 5 years Ultra Labs has grown from testing 100 samples in a month to 3000 samples in a month. Our lab is being catered to OEM’s like Cummins, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Hitachi and Liebherr and has been instrumental in Laboratory Information Management System.
As my factory was closed during the lockdown, the grease had oxidised and I was worried about other oils in the factory. Ultra Labs not only arranged for a pickup of the samples but also helped me understand the test reports. With their help, I am now ready to resume my operations after the lockdown.
